SlickMerge provides team-based GitHub repository and pull request management. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.


User Accounts

GitHub Integration & API Use

SlickMerge interacts with GitHub APIs using credentials you provide (for example, a Personal Access Token). By using our Service:

  • You agree to comply with GitHub's current Terms of Service and API terms.
  • You acknowledge that our Service relies on GitHub's availability and we are not responsible for outages on GitHub's platform.

  • Automate actions that impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or GitHub's API

The Service, including its logo, original content, features, and functionality are owned by SlickSpender and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your code and data stored on GitHub.


Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlickSpender will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
